Description
A video and PowerPoint slides that present a few highlights of the history of Powell and Liberty Township. There are also links to pdf documents with additional information.

About the Content

The first settlers in what became Delaware County arrived in Liberty Township in 1801. From that point on many interesting and unusual events have occurred as the area became a prosperous agricultural region and, more recently, as the area has seen rapid population growth.

This history is highlighted with a short video based on a PowerPoint presentation containing many pictures. Also included is a pdf version of the presentation that includes speaker's notes for a little more explanation. Both have the same content.

The video is best for a quick look. The pdf version of the slides allows for more thorough review.

Enjoy.
