Powell Liberty Historical Society

Employees of Farmers Insurance who were coworkers of the late Jo Cornish-Gerwig joined members of Powell Garden Club to spend the morning sprucing up the Martin-Perry House gardens in preparation for the coming seasons. Jo was a long-time member of both the Garden Club and Powell-Liberty Historical Society. Many hands made quick work of the difficult task of weeding, trimming, cleaning, planting and mulching. The service provided by these volunteers is very much appreciated. This is the second year that the Farmers employees have contributed this valuable service which is very much appreciated.
