Summary
At the April 8, 2019 meeting retiring Police Chief Gary Vest reflected on his years in Powell as retirement approached. His presentation was entertaining with a serious point - how Powell has consistently defined and meant community. He explained how the land marks of "The Four Corners and the Railroad Crossing" are the important indicators of how we view ourselves . There was a Power Point presentation with special photos of historic interest. Refreshments, with an emphasis on chocolates to please the Chief, were served.
