Summary
David Hogan is a Professor of History at Heidelberg University. Hogan received his doctorate from Carnegie Mellon University, with an emphasis on American history, and a specialization in the food industry. He currently appears on the History channel’s “The Foods That Built America.” He has spent his career studying the food industry with a special focus on the fast food segment. He will share interesting stories from his numerous appearances on the History Channel's "The Food that Built America" series and his book, "Selling 'em by the Sack - White Casle and the Creation of American Food."
