Summary
Once again storms in the area threatened to interfere with our scheduled cemetery tour. However, there was a gap in clouds hovering over the Powell area just long enough so we were able to proceed. In case of a last minute cancellation we were prepared to show the previously recorded tour in the Martin-Perry house as we did in June.
With the sun shining, Sherry led an enthusiastic group through the cemetery highlighting graves of many past influential Powell residents who played a role in the development of Powell.
After the tour everyone returned to Martin-Perry house for cool refreshments.
